Setaoc was created by two friends, Tom Coates and Josh Ramirez, after noticing patterns in businesses we couldn't ignore… Companies losing great people, and people losing belief in the places they worked. We experienced it ourselves: high turnover, low connection, and cultures that spoke about purpose but rarely lived it.
